  1. Is this course approved for ticket dismissals and insurance discounts?
    Yes. Wheels in Motion™ is approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and is accepted by all courts in Texas to dismiss traffic tickets and lower insurance rates by up to 10%. Outside the state of Texas, ask your court and/or insurance company if they will accept a 6-hour driving safety course approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
  2. How long does it take to complete the course?
    All courses approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation take 6 hours to complete. You may complete the course all in one sitting, or you may take the course a little at a time, completing the course around your schedule. You have up to 90 days to complete the entire course.
  3. How do I receive a Certificate of Completion?
    After completing the course, you will receive a State issued Certificate of Completion via U.S. Mail two weeks. Overnight delivery via FedEx is available for an additional $35.00. To receive your Certificate the next business day, you must complete the course by 5:00 pm, CST the prior business day.
  4. How much does it cost, and how do I pay?
    The cost of the course is $35.00 for the Online Streaming Video course and $40.00 plus shipping and handling for the DVD Video course. To begin the course immediately, you may pay online or by phone with your credit card. Alternatively, you may mail in a check or money order to the address below and wait for a response from DefensiveDriving.com™ to begin (allow 15 days for check processing).
